My name is Georgia Allen and I am a Special Effects Makeup artist. I am a graduate of Westmore Academy for Cosmetic Arts. My certificate includes... Beauty and Glamour makeup for print, runway, and film. In addition, Mature, Ethnic, and Wedding Makeup. As well as airbrushing techniques. Special Effects covering bullet wounds, scars, slit throats, cuts, scrapes, burns, bruises, black eyes, freezing, cadaver, aging, bald caps, life casting, sculpting, custom prosthetics, prosthetic application and coloring, hair laying wig fabrication, and custom made teeth. I also style hair and wigs, as well as cuts and colors.

Currently I am working in the film and television industry. I am a member of the Local 480 film Union in New Mexico. I also do high fashion photography makeup. I have been a freelance artist for MAC and Shiseido. I have worked for Sephora as a makeup artist as well.

My love for makeup started with theater, and I hope to always keep it in my life. My heart lies in film work and I truly love what I do. One of my favorite parts of my job is traveling. I enjoy discovering new places and meeting new people. I will travel to where my work takes me.

My love for my work springs from my desire to make a difference.
